What is included with a free remodeling estimate?

Your free estimate begins with a shared brainstorming of your ideas and our expertise. We will go over in detail your vision for how you imagine your home to look and function. Also, the estimated materials needed, labor cost, and a basic mockup of the design.
What is included in our design agreement?

Once you have signed and accepted the estimate you will then move on to the design agreement/contract. Included in this contract are the insurances, permits if needed, and your finalized design.
What is an FAQ section?

An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
If I sign a design agreement, do I get to keep the design if I decide to change anything?

Yes, however, changes to your design brought upon by you might affect changes to cost. This will generate what is called a change order (a document detailing price adjustments).
How long will my project take?

Many variables affect the length of each project. The average turnaround time for a kitchen, bathroom, and basement ranges from 3-4 weeks once material arrive. Patios/decks average for about 1-2 weeks once material arrive.
Are you insured?

Rest assured for we are fully insured.
Do you use subcontractors?

Yes, we do hire subcontractors. Rest assured that they are screened before they are selected for a project. Also, our subcontractors sign a contract that helps to keep a consistent culture/behavior.
Will there be a big mess during our project?

We have structured a cleaning routine within our policies. Our project manager will also be on the scene to make sure that you have the best experience throughout the process.
